Whatever your fitness goals we endeavour to make your time at Pulse an enjoyable experience. We have a friendly, local team who are passionate about health and fitness. They will design you a personalised programme as part of your membership fee.
We also have the now infamous Pulse socials and Christmas parties which will return in the near future! Our members can enjoy 20% off food* in The Greenhouse Restaurant and Alexanders Pub! We recommend pre-booking your meal, and it is essential that you take your membership card to receive your bill discount.

Swimming + Steam Room 6:30am-9:30pm
Gym 6:30am-9:50pm
Last entry to the pool and gym is 9pm to exit by 9.30pm to allow for changing and the leisure club closing at 10pm
Saturday – Sunday (& Bank Holidays)
Swimming 7:30am-7:30pm

Childrens swimming hours are 10am-12pm + 2-5pm Monday-Friday, and children can swim at any time Saturday-Sunday.
Pre-booked lane swimming only – 6:30am-9:30am + 5pm-7pm Monday-Friday.
Open swimming – 9:30am-5pm + 7-9:45pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-7:45pm Saturday – Sunday.
The pool is closed during Aqua Aerobics – Monday & Tuesday 9:15am-10am, Wednesday & Thursday 7:05pm-7:45pm & Fridays 12pm-12:45pm.
