PERSONAL TRAINER

Amanda is our club manager and worked at Pulse for 20 years. As well as managing the club, Amanda still enjoys the practical elements, particularly working with her clients and teaching classes such as aqua, HIIT and piloxing.

JOHN

FITNESS INSTRUCTOR

John our Deputy Manager has been with us for 2 years. Since joining Pulse John has qualified as a Fitness, Swimming, Boxercise and Aqua Exercise Instructor. John teaches the full range of fitness and swimming classes as well as producing individual fitness programs and gym inductions.

SCOTT

PERSONAL TRAINER

Scott has been part of the team for 4 years and enjoys classes and gym programmes. Scott has furthered himself with Pilates, building up many clients who join his stretch & mobility and Pilates classes. If you are struggling with an injury or mobility please speak to Scott.

RHYS

PERSONAL TRAINER

Rhys has been part of the team for nearly 5 years and enjoys teaching classes and workout plans. Rhys loves to push himself, creating new class types keeping classes entertaining. If you don’t know where to begin in the gym or looking for new ideas, book a programme with Rhys.

LIAM

SWIMMING TEACHER

Liam has been with us for two years and works as a swimming teacher alongside university, where he is studying Sociology and Criminology. He brings a positive attitude to every lesson and is passionate about helping swimmers build confidence in the water. Liam has a friendly smile and loves a chat with all customers.

KAROLINA

PERSONAL TRAINER

Karolina has been with us for just over a year. She is currently doing a level 3 exercise referral course to expand her knowledge from her PT qualification and better support clients. She also enjoys teaching swimming lessons which she began in August.

Shaun is the Newest member of our team. He has been with Pulse now for around 4 months. Shaun has passed his personal training and his next steps are swimming lessons and more classes. Make sure if you see Shaun on shift to make conversations and get to know him more.
