Terms & Conditions for our Loyalty Card – sorry there’s got to be some!
  1. Card holders must live in LA postcode and provide proof when they register at Alexander’s.
  2. Cards can be used immediately, but before drink is ordered.
  3. Card holders must be present at the time of transaction.
  4. Loyalty Card must be presented to obtain drink discounts.
  5. Loyalty Card is non-transferable and remains the property of Alexander’s.
  6. Offers can be withdrawn at any time, without notice or reason given.
  7. Reservations are subject to availability.
  8. Offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
  9. Offers are valid all year except 25th, 26th & 31st December.
  10. Additional offers for Alexander’s, The Greenhouse Restaurant or Castle Green Hotel may be offered from time to time.  These will be communicated on this page and via emailers to the card holders address.
